Responsibilities

As part of the delivery team, the business analyst:

Facilitate requirements gathering meetings with stakeholders, across all levels Analyse and document requirements using suitable BA techniques. Create low fidelity wireframes Translate the requirements into clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria Communicate agreed requirements stakeholders and to the delivery team Maintain a steady backlog of requirements that are ready to be pulled by the delivery team Validate that requirements have been met Maintain changes to requirements Assist the product owner with backlog refinement and prioritization Assist in drafting user and training documentation Be available to the team and participate in all Agile meetings such as sprint planning, standups, reviews and retrospectives Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all involved parties Manage own self-development

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Matric Business Analysis Certifications

Experience

Must have 3 years Agile Business Analysis experience in an IT department Knowledge and understanding of project scoping, planning and prioritization Knowledge of UX/UI methodology is beneficial
