Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for improving systems and driving operational efficiency? A leading organisation in the digital communications and connectivity sector is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing team.
As part of a collaborative environment, you'll work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities--helping to deliver solutions that enhance business performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide support for system integration initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination between development and operations teams.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and validating new system implementations or enhancements.
• Support project delivery through planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
• Contribute to change management efforts and facilitate user adoption of new processes or systems.
• Provide ongoing support for systems, processes, and data-related initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and data analysis.
• Experience working on system integration projects and collaborating with technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, AAC, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience within the telecommunications or digital services industry is beneficial.
• Exposure to Zendesk and/or Splynx systems will be an advantage.
