Duties:

• Lead and manage a small marketing admin team, ensuring alignment with head office strategy.
• Maintain accuracy in commission tracking and list price calculations.
• Collaborate with IT to build and maintain accurate Power BI reports for regional management.
• Partner with costing teams to validate depot costs.
• Support budgeting processes and ensure regional compliance
• Drive continuous process improvement and policy enhancements.
• Support system migrations (AX to Office D365), training, and setup.
• Conduct site visits to support stock counts and financial reviews.
• Represent regional interests in head office meetings and planning.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom or BCom Honours in Accounting or equivalent.
• Additional IT experience is advantageous

Experience:

• 8 - 10 years in a financial support or business analyst role
• Previous exposure to linking financial insight with IT and systems
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and driving decision support.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Power BI and reporting experience
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate at executive level
• Understanding of product costing and manufacturing environments
• Presentation and stakeholder persuasion skills
