Our esteemed client in Pretoria is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a 12-month hybrid position. In this pivotal role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and optimising processes within the Wealth Platform Operations and Oversight function. This includes key areas such as Fund Administration, Personal Share Portfolios, Trade Desk Support, and vendor relationship management. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of operational workflows in the financial services sector, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while working on-site and remotely in a flexible hybrid setup.Experience and Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis role within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders to understand and optimise business processes.
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Proven track record of simplifying complex processes and developing lasting solutions.
• Proficiency in business process mapping tools such as Visio, Blueprint, Bizagi, or similar.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of workflow systems such as Agile Point will be advantageous.
• Relevant experience in Investment Operations is advantageous.
• PowerBI or similar data visualization tools
• Oversee the development and testing of new systems, processes, or enhancements to existing systems.
• Support the deployment of new processes and systems, including user training and change management activities.
• Design and implement automated workflow solutions.
