The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business objectives with BI development within the Optix Intelligence team. Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical specifications, this role ensures the delivery of accurate and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards. The successful candidate will collaborate across global regions to drive data-informed decision-making and align initiatives with the group's BI strategy.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Business Intelligence (BI) role. Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Solid understanding of Power BI, data visualization, and data modelling concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in cross-regional or multinational environments will be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

Act as the primary business representative for BI initiatives across global regions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for new and existing BI reports and dashboards. Work closely with the BI Development Team to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure accurate implementation. Support data quality reviews, report validation, and testing activities. Coordinate regional priorities, ensuring alignment with the global BI strategy. Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and feedback sessions with stakeholders. * Monitor and communicate progress of BI deliverables, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.
