Experience and Qualifications:

Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a business analysis role within the financial services industry
Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders to understand and optimise business processes.
Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
Proven track record of simplifying complex processes and developing lasting solutions.
Proficiency in business process mapping tools such as Visio, Blueprint, Bizagi, or similar.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of workflow systems such as Agile Point will be advantageous.
Relevant experience in Investment Operations is advantageous.
PowerBI or similar data visualization tools
Oversee the development and testing of new systems, processes, or enhancements to existing systems.
Support the deployment of new processes and systems, including user training and change management activities.
Design and implement automated workflow solutions.
