Conduct requirements-gathering activities with clients
Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
Drive requirements and design discussions between client and product team
Challenge business requirements to arrive at a solution that is required
Procedure compliance while delivering high quality solutions to the business
Propose, drive and implement best practices in product business analysis
Contribute expertise to the management of existing and new products and services
Requirements
Technically competent with an appreciation for IT capability, as demonstrated by relevant experience and/or a bachelor's/ master's Degree in IT or equivalent.
Experience in working in IT projects for Insurance companies. The ability to interpret a set of technical, functional, and non-functional requirements and deliver a robust solution.
Experience in driving design discussions to ensure sustainable end-to-end solutions.
Chinese language skills (advantageous)
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
Experience in managing senior stakeholders.
Adaptable to a dynamic project portfolio, able to work across teams and functions.
A confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences.
Experience in working with in-house development teams and vendors.
Experience in deployment and supporting insurance systems
