Business Analyst
Job Description
Dentsu is looking for a Business Analyst to assist the Group Financial Reporting team. The ideal candidate will need to be a team player with a high attention to detail and deadline driven.
The purpose of this role is to perform and support the group Financial reporting and control activities required each month, quarter and year-end.
:
Key responsibilities:Delivers accurate and reliable output from specific tasks during monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
Consolidation
Assist in Budget and Forecasting
Prepares relevant statutory and tax reporting
Works effectively with other teams and stakeholders in other finance pillars
Through their work, assist in supporting compliance with group policies on financial reporting and internal controls
Supports the audit process, liaising with external audit on appropriate workstreams
Perform and review Balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in payment authorisation
Ad hoc requirement
The Ideal candidate should be:Newly qualified CA(SA) - or eligible to register
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines, especially during reporting cycles.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to work additional hours when necessary.
