Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes
Proficiency in creating detailed requirements documents, user stories, and process flows
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies in software development projects
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for project tracking and documentation
Advantageous: Experience in financial services, telecommunications, or digital transformation projects.
