Bulk Fleet Leader - AlbertonHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Ensure technical fitness & compliance of bulk fleet with local regulation & AL GPs & GTs in term of safety & reliability standards, Ensure maximum fleet reliability through proper management of fleet maintenance ( white & black parts ), manage the maintenance cost ( white & black parts ) ensuring minimum maintenance cost / ton while maintaining high level of fleet reliability, lead fleet renewal / expansion program while maintaining highest possible payload in line with local road regulation1 - Technical fitness of the fleet:Ensure that the fleet is technically comply with safety & operational requirement as per local regulation & or AL GTs, leading the necessary assessment to identify the gaps & lead technical upgrading of existing fleetReview & validate the technical specification of newly purchased fleet providing technical support to procurement during the procurement process2- Lead the fleet maintenance activities ensuring the highest fleet availability & reliability meanwhile minimizing the maintenance cost / KM driven through: Ownership of CMMS ( Computerized maintenance management system ) for bulk fleet white & black parts, ensuring proper & clean data inputsEstablish the work standard, spare parts, required manpower, & cost for each maintenance task in the CMMSEnsure Proper & in time implementation of preventive maintenance tasks by coordinating between logistic dispatch team & maintenance contractors ( white & black parts ) to make the fleet available in time to execute maintenance activitiesFollow up with procurement department to ensure availability of black & white parts spare partsFollow up the proper execution of maintenance tasks & update the CMMS by the actual consumed spares, manpower, time consumed for each maintenance taskParticipate with procurement to qualify workshops & personnel who execute white & black parts maintenancePerform routine analysis regarding fleet availability & reliability, mean time between failuresPerform routine analysis for the maintenance cost ( white & back parts ) using the database in CMMS establishing trends for white & black parts maintenance cost / Ton & or / KM3- Lead the fleet renewal & expansion studies / execution Understand the road regulation related to transportation of dangerous goods, safety & operational requirements, maximum GVW, & load distribution limitationPerform feasibility studies for fleet renewal based on TCO ( total cost of ownership ) & added value of payload optimizationAre you a MATCH?
