The Bulk Diesel Controller is responsible for overseeing the ordering, receipt, distribution, and reconciliation of bulk diesel fuel. The role ensures accurate fuel inventory management, costeffective procurement, regulatory compliance, fleet management and efficient delivery to operations while maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards.

The job is based in Prospecton, Durban. Previous experience in logistics or energy sectors will be advantageous.

JOB SUMMARY:

? Scheduling collections from refinery ? Planning of bulk drops to ensure sites have sufficient inventory ? Inventory management at two sites ? Fleet management and booking of maintenance ? Supervision of drivers ? Ensuring procedures are in place for successful operations ? Assisting despatch/ other departments ? Supervising the forecourt during peak hours ? Ensuring compliance with Health Environment Safety and Quality requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

? Matric or Diploma ? 1+ years experience in fuel logistics, fleet operations, bulk fuel management or a related industry

? Computer literacy ? Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ? Good communication and coordination abilities

Long hours required for fuel drops and receiving
