Job Summary Key requirements Matric 15 years of traceable experience in the Property management Management skills Key function Sending out payslips and late letters Making lease agreements Meeting tenants to check their queries and solve them Taking pictures of work progress and managing security schedules and securities Managing cleanliness of the properties dealing with JBH council Dealing with staff problems, loans and absenteeism Making sure staff carry out their duties efficiently, purchasing of items for the properties Fire extinguishers servicing, filing petty cash slips in order and managing the office petty cash Giving out equipment to staff and signing a handout sheet Flat inspection prior tenant moving in changing locks, paint touch ups, bulbs changing etc Working with plumbers, electricians, roofing contractors
