Building Management System Technician Electrical / Hvac East Rand

Job Description
Job Summary Responsibilities:
- Monitor, control, and maintain the operations of BMS systems.
- Proactively diagnose probable faults and identify service interruptions.
- Conduct fault-finding on electrical and HVAC equipment.
- Read and interpret control plans and logic control programming.
- Perform skilled electrical maintenance, including repair, installation, and modification of HVAC equipment.
- Provide technical support with all MEP-related projects.
- Minimum South African Matric or equivalent -
- Electrical/HVAC qualification will be advantageous -
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience
- Must possess a valid SA driver's licence
- Experience and ability to read controls plans and logic control programming
- Fluent in English
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
