Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Building Foreman to manage a residential construction project in the Klapmuts area.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure construction is carried out according to plans and timelines
- Maintain quality control and safety standards
- Report progress to project manager/owners
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret building plans
- Hands-on and proactive management style
- Own transport and valid drivers license
