Job Description
Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Construction Compliance within an Estate Environment
- Degree or Diploma in Building | Construction Management | Architectural Technology or related field is essential
- Proficient in MS Office | Project Management Software | Compliance Tracking Software
- Strong knowledge of OHS Act | Municipal By-laws | Building Regulations and Estate Architectural Guidelines
- Experience liaising with Home Owners | Local Authorities | Municipal Services
- Must be able to read and interpret building plans
- Strong Attention to Detail | Strong Problem-Solving & Decision-Making skills | Independent & Proactive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required on request
- Annual CTC of R 540 000, based on experience
- Includes Provident Fund
- 18 Leave Days
