Broker Consultant - DurbanWe are looking for a dynamic individual who can confidently provide advice on the best insurance options for our clients' needs. The successsul candidate will be required to source new customers, promoting and selling insurance plans.Responsibilities:Sell insurance plans to new clients or up-sell to current clientsUse methods such as networking, cold calling etc to spot opportunities and cultivate trust with potential customerGauge the condition of business or individual customers and discover plans according to their requirementsCollaborate with clients to introduce them with befitting risk management strategies Submit regular reviews of progress to interested partiesQualifications/ExperienceMatric, Regulation Examination Certificate FAIS credits 155Minimum 5 yrs. sales experienceExperience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationshipsKnowledgeable in all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)Basic understanding of computers and statisticsJob Types: Full-time, CommissionSalary: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):What type of insurance have you sold in the past, short or long term?Experience:Sales: 5 years (Required)Ability to Commute:Durban, KwaZulu-Natal (Required)Ability to Relocate:Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
