Role Purpose


To develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills through a comprehensive internship program which enables professional growth and fosters a foundation to increased employment opportunities.



Requirements

Matric or NQF 4 qualification. Post 1 year qualification Successfully completed Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy with a minimum score of 40%. Passed both English and another South African language with a minimum score of 40%. Proficient in using computer systems and applications. Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital tools and technologies. Communication skills (written and verbal) Customer service skills Data entry skills Computer skills Time management skills Checking skills




Duties & Responsibilities

Participate actively in classroom sessions and practical on-the-job training, aligning tasks with the requirements of the learnership program. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, policies, and procedures, crucial for successful on-the-job training activities. Compile a comprehensive portfolio of evidence, meticulously prepared for submission to SETA. Maintain detailed logbooks for work-based learning, ensuring a thorough record of practical experiences. Successfully complete formative and summative assessments, achieving the required proficiency level. Demonstrate adeptness in utilising company systems and grasping operational processes, ensuring efficient workflow
