Job Summary



We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Brand & Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Red & Yellow. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who has experience within a marketing agency with client service or project management and someone who is ready to move client-side to drive impactful work from within.

This position is ideal for a candidate who loves making things happen, thrives on variety, and wants to set themselves up for future success in the marketing space. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring our marketing strategies to life, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. Key Responsibilities and Duties:



Project & Campaign Management



Manage the execution of marketing strategies across all channels (digital, traditional, experiential).

Own and drive aspects of the marketing project plan, ensuring alignment across teams.

Coordinate creative workflow and approvals between the Head of Marketing, design, digital, and external agencies.

Oversee supplier relationships from briefing to production to delivery.

Client Service & Internal Partnering



Act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and creative partners (agencies, freelancers, production houses).

Lead kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.

Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across campaigns.

Brand Management



Champion the brand's identity, tone, and values across all marketing activities.

Ensure all internal and external communications reflect the brand consistently and with impact.

Guard brand guidelines and help evolve them as needed to reflect business growth.

Collaborate on development of marketing collateral, presentations, and content that builds brand equity.

Monitor brand performance metrics and contribute ideas for strengthening brand presence in the market.

Event & Activation Coordination



Manage logistics and marketing support for key events, activations, and sponsorships.

Collaborate with event suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure seamless execution.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement



Monitor and report on project performance, timelines, budget, deliverables.

Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements.

Qualifications and Experience



Degree in Marketing or similar

4-6 years of experience in marketing, ideally with agency client service, project management or client-side brand / marketing team

Demonstrated experience managing integrated campaigns, creative workflows, and events.

Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, such as an agency, education, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.

Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

High competency in project and stakeholder management
