Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role requires a balance of project management expertise, marketing knowledge, and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources. Oversee the execution of campaigns across digital, print, events, and partnerships. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, product, and external vendors/agencies. Act as the central point of communication, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. Manage approval processes and feedback loops efficiently.

Performance & Reporting

Ensure projects meet brand standards, compliance, and quality expectations. Track KPIs and prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations. Optimize workflows, tools, and templates for better project delivery.

Resource & Budget Management

Monitor project budgets, vendor invoices, and resource allocation. Ensure efficient use of internal and external resources.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management within marketing or a related field. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and digital channels. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. PMP, Agile, or similar certification (preferred but not required).
