Job Summary Position available for a Brand Manager based in Pretoria. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in brand or retail marketing, preferably in the outdoor, sporting goods, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution.
Deep understanding of the outdoor and hunting lifestyle, customer profiles, and seasonal sales cycles.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Based in or willing to relocate to Pretoria, with a willingness to travel occasionally for events or partner engagements.
Preferred Attributes:
Hands-on experience in e-commerce or omnichannel retail
marketing.
Familiarity with South African outdoor and hunting regulations, brands, and communities.
Creative flair with the ability to manage design and content
direction.
Preferred experience:
Direct experience in the outdoor, hunting, fishing, or tactical gear
market.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, seasonal trends, and regional consumer behaviours. Familiarity with outdoor influencer networks and media channels.
