Job Description

T

he brand manager would be responsible for managing & growing 3 brands. As well as overseeing brands that fall within 2 categories, ensuring that they are relevant to their market positioning and have a unique selling proposition.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for every aspect of the brands, from sales performance, profit, etc. Show passion,, this requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, solution-based thinking and vision. Develop insights into action plans. Understand & manage the financial aspects of the brands. Obtain the maximum possible distribution in the nominated trade channels. Responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing brand strategies & plans Ensure that new products are launched on time. This includes idea generation to commercialization phases. Ability to manage brands with limited marketing budgets, yet develop optimal marketing activities and results. Develop long-term and strategic relationships with internal & external players, namely "support" departments. And external suppliers such as advertising & research companies. Routine brand management activities: These include regular monitoring of sales, selling prices, trade visits, attendance at forecasting meetings, etc.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or IMM Diploma

Minimum 3 years' Brand Management experience in FMCG

FMCG industry experience (essential)

Proven market experience in launching and growing brands, as well as managing the full marketing mix.
Entrepreneurial exposure appreciated
