As a
Brand & Sales Ambassador for Laboratory & Analytical Technology
, you will represent IKA externally and actively contribute to strengthening our brand image. You will create awareness and generate sales opportunities through a variety of marketing and sales activities:
Your Responsibilities:
Responsibility for revenue development within the assigned sales territory
Independently expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction
Being the local contact for IKA customers and channel partners and maintain strong relationships
Implementation of local sales and marketing activities as directed by the sales management
Visit existing and potential new customers/channel partners to present solutions from IKA
Identify sales opportunities across targeted industries and ensure successful deal closures
Support local channel partners in promoting the IKA brand and in closing sales opportunities for IKA products
Respond to inquiries and provide feedback on IKA's portfolio (in collaboration with other departments)
Provide feedback on customer requests, market trends and competition activities
Maintain customer data and report activities via the IKA CRM system
Your Qualifications:
Highly motivated and outgoing personality
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of IKA products and applications
Identification with the IKA brand
First experience in sales
Reliable and professional demeanor
Quick learner with a strong desire for knowledge
Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
Technical or scientific education is a plus, but not mandatory
Driving Licence and own car desirable
