Brand and PR Manager - JohannesburgJob Summary: Fully responsible for BAIC South Africa brand and PR work, formulate annual brand development strategy and implementation plan and follow up the completion, responsible for dealer showroom construction and publicity.Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for the formulation of BAIC South Africa annual brand development strategy and implementation plan, leading the team to promote the implementation.- Formulation of BAIC South Africa dealer showroom construction standards, shopfitting supplier selection and corresponding shopfitting work.- Online digital media and offline advertising- External Media relations- Formulation of dealership shopfitting upgrade plan.- Management and promotion of daily work of brand agency and shopfitting supplier- Management of annual publicity activities planning and implementation.- Annual preparation and controlling of the budget.- Management of company social media platform- Management of dealer monthly & quarterly plans- Other branding and PR duties assigned by Marketing DirectorEducation and ExperienceMinimum 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the automotive industry in Brand and PR in OEM environment and knowledge of the South African automotive marketExperience in managing a team within Brand and PR space.Good communication skills and strong executionMust have Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales and/or Marketing.Post graduate qualification will be an added advantageJob Type: Full-timeAbility to Commute:Johannesburg, Gauteng (Required)Ability to Relocate:Johannesburg, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (Required)
