Marketing and branding

Responsible for the brands image and voice ensuring consistency through the company and communications

Help continually grow brand awareness, salience and affinity

Taking the lead on any re-brand / re-design of projects

Marketing planning and strategy for the business year on year

Annual budget implementation and planning

Competitive reviews

Scopen Research knowledge

Client acquisition and new business

Finding opportunities to nurture loyalty from existing clients

Creating a new business client pipeline for the group

Credentials implementation and management

Project management of pitches and pitch processes

Management of new business queries and RFI's/RFP's

Pitch documents, presentations and team management

Working knowledge of Hubspot or Salesforce beneficial

Events

Develop and execute annual branded events

Develop, lead and manage ad hoc events

Budget management

Risk Assessment

Relationship management



Develop positive relationships with industry leaders, advertising industry bodies, pitch agencies, journalists and partners

Online Marketing (Digital and Social Media)

Newsletter management and subscriptions

Email Marketing

Work to build and increase engagement of database

Strategic knowledge of SEO, Analytics and Social Media Metrics

Manage and expand social media presence, sourcing and sharing newsworthy information from across the business.

Accessing relevant communities for growth opportunities.

Social media content calendar management

Strategic knowledge to work with the social media pod to drive community engagement

Paid media management and decision making

Content marketing

Driving a demand generation content agenda

Utilisation of content across paid, earned and owned brand assets

Strategic management, maintenance and development of relevant brand assets and content (website, social media, email and PR)

Content calendar development in partnership with creative pod

Content management and creation in partnership with creative pod

Website management

Take responsibility for the development and management of the website, including generating content, making improvements to functionality, maximising its potential and monitoring its performance

Understanding and use of website CRM

Increase the organisation's profile across media and organisations

PR calendar implementation and planning

Press release writing and distribution

Client collaboration and corporate affairs communications

Writing and editing

Performance and reporting

Monitor and report on communications activity and new business. Analyse all aspects of communications on a quarterly basis and prepare a an annual report.

Work towards the CSI programme to drive internal stakeholder support and communication where possible

Preferred qualifications

Experience in marketing B2B preferred.

Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.

Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously

Strong attention to detail to meet our high bar for customer-facing content and provide flawless execution.

Knowledge of testing and measurement practices to optimize ROI and evolve strategy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic qualifications

Solid experience in marketing.

Experience in marketing management, developing marketing strategy, digital marketing, event management, lead management.

Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments.

Experience of operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional, organisation.

A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable marketing results.

Experience in managing time and multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.

Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget and deliver on time.
