Role Overview



The Brand & Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and brand initiatives across all stores. This role acts as a key link between the marketing, promotions, design, merchandising, and store teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to brand standard.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign & Promotion Coordination



Assist in planning, tracking, and executing marketing campaigns across stores Maintain campaign timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule Support the promotions team with in-store activations and promotional rollouts

Artwork & Design Coordination



Receive and manage artwork requests from internal teams and stores Brief designers clearly and accurately on artwork requirements Track artwork progress, approvals, revisions, and final delivery Ensure correct artwork versions are distributed to relevant stores

Merchandising & Print Management



Coordinate printing, distribution, collection, and replacement of in-store marketing materials Assist with in-store merchandising execution to align with campaigns Conduct store visits to drop off, collect, or check marketing and promotional materials

Event Support



Assist with planning and execution of in-store events and brand activations Support logistics, setup, coordination, and breakdown during events

Administration & Reporting



Keep organised records of campaigns, artwork, and store communications Assist with basic reporting on campaign execution and store feedback Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all materials and stores

Key Skills & Attributes



Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Willingness to travel between stores when required Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented

Experience & Requirements



Diploma or degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related field (advantageous but not essential) Experience in retail marketing, promotions, or coordination roles is an advantage Basic understanding of branding, campaigns, and merchandising Comfortable working with designers, printers, and store teams Own car and a valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R12000,00 per month
