Job Summary Typing and updating of CVs
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls as well as taking and delivering of messages accurately
Processing and following up on missing documents for Background Checks on LexisNexis/MIE mostly for the Nursing division
Providing monthly meter readings for CPT
Ordering of stationery for CPT
Greeting Nurses walk-ins and ensuring they get the correct test to complete
Assist in interviewing Nurses
Loading New Nurses and update list Hospital orientation
Compiling monthly and ad-hoc grocery lists
Logging service calls for printers
Arranging couriers when needed
Responding to all inquiries in a polite and timely manner
Updating the internal contact list when necessary
Loading processed checks on the LexisNexis spreadsheet
Booking, capturing and uploading of fingerprints for LexisNexis and sending through the updated report to Rene for invoicing
Opening folders and saving the reports for checks completed
All encompass administrative functions for the Nursing Services division and Clinical Facilitator which includes:
- Via ShiftHub, responsible for the loading and capturing of all nurses, new walk ins and updates
- Adding test compliant nurses to the training list
- Responsible for the Orientation planning and reports - files and PP
- Assisting on training & orientation days, welcoming, seating, tea breaks, documentation and record keeping on files and PP
- Via ShiftHub, responsible for the loading and capturing of all nurses, new walk ins and updates.

- Planning buddy list for hospitals - Nurses and CF to be notified.
- Sending training list to CF after walk-ins completed tests; 2 x lists: one for new and one for Client experienced, whom CF will have to meet at Ward (at least)
- Record the details (date/time etc.) of the meet (as stipulated above) via PShiftHub against the candidate record
- Arranging in house training and coordination for upskilling i.e. BLS
- Attending Hospital visits with CF when needed (night shift when necessary)
Keeping weekly/monthly diary for CF for weekly Hospital visits (to see each Hospital), orientation, buddying, training and accommodate plan incident investigation and update PP accordingly against the candidate records where necessary.
- To assist in incident reports, documentation, follow ups, convert report to PDF and send finalisation to client copying Management, CF, and Nursing Consultants
- Constant liaison with the CF on all related and ad-hoc matters
- Updating yearly compliance list of nurses (SANC), Lexus Nexus and PI cover requirements
- Compare updated AHASA test bank and inform CF and once confirmed update JorDan HR Test Bank
