Our Client requires the service of a suitably qualified / experienced Branch Manager with Retail Management experience.
POSITION: Permanent
COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree / Diploma in Retail Management / Operations Management or relevant
- Minimum of 4 years in-store retail experience
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Computer literate (MS Word/Excel), including a strong numeric competency
- Proven track record in shrinkage and expense control
- Staff Management experience
- Ability to engage actively with customers, suppliers and company departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the training and development of store staff
- Strong Problem-solving Skills
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in budget management
- Solid report writing skills
- Valid Drivers License with own vehicle.
Customer care, staff management, training and development of store team, community involvement, administration, store and merchandise standards and the protection of company assets.
