Job Description
Our client is opening a branch in Kathu, Northern Cape, they are seeking an Area Manager/ Branch Manager.
Our client is a multi-disciplinary entity with growth ambitions in the structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and piping disciplines with offices in Rustenburg, North-West Province. The entity is searching for an individual with strong business development and leadership skills to establish, grow, and manage a branch in the Northern Cape. Electrical and instrumentation.
Qualification:
Trade test in electrical / instrumentation or commercial
Musts:
- Knowledge of the area in terms of clients mostly mines, mineral processing, and process plants
- Knowledge of the services of the company and working experience
The successful candidate is expected to carry out the following functions:
Business Development; Office Administration; Client Relationship Management; Monthly Reporting; Human Capital Management; Financial Management; Contract/Projects Management; Operations Management; SHEQ Management and Supplier Relationship Management.
The successful candidate shall meet the following minimum requirements:
Must be declared medically fit, for the mining industry
Have 5-7 Years of experience in the management of a multi-disciplinary entity, have proven technical experience in the industrial/mining/construction and maintenance industries,
Excellent contract management skills relative to the construction industry (NEC3/JBCC/GCC/FIDIC),
Knowledge of relevant labour legislation, excellent knowledge of compliance and safety standards and trade tests in electrical and/or instrumentation, and a commercial qualification.
