Retail Sales Manager Positions - Hearing Aid Retail
As our hearing aid retail network continues to grow, with
25 branches nationwide and further expansion planned
, we are seeking results-driven Retail Sales Managers who are passionate about sales and thrive in performance-based environments.This role is well suited to individuals with experience in commission-driven sales, such as cold calling, call centres, insurance sales, or lead-based selling, where meeting targets is essential.
Key Requirements
Strong sales leadership and communication skills Proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets Confident computer user Personable, professional, and comfortable engaging with customers Ambitious, self-motivated, and performance-oriented Enjoys challenges and commission earning potential Effective negotiation skills Immediate availability preferred Own transport and a valid driver's licence
Package Offered
Basic salary between
R10,000 - R15,000
