Responsibilities:

Manage all operational aspects of the Johannesburg Branch, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every process.

Drive sales to unprecedented levels! Sell machines, accessories, and spare parts through both internal and external sales channels. Utilize your expertise to achieve outstanding results.

Conduct customer visits to establish and finalize sales, fostering lasting relationships with clients.

Proactively generate new business opportunities, exploring untapped markets and driving growth.

Navigate the complexities of government tenders, ensuring our participation and success in procurement processes.

Provide expert advice and facilitate spare parts sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our after-sales service.

Uphold our commitment to after-sales service, addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.

Coordinate seamlessly with the technical service department, fostering teamwork and ensuring efficient problem resolution.

Manage spare parts ordering and logistics from the Far East, ensuring timely availability of components.

Collaborate with our Cape Town Branch to maintain optimal stock levels, meeting customer demands effectively.

Work closely with the Sales Manager and Owner, contributing to sales projects and ensuring their successful execution.

Oversee the loading and unloading of equipment, liaising with warehouse staff for smooth operations.

Contribute to marketing efforts by participating in marketing emails, newsletters, and ensuring the upkeep of our website and online presence.

Commission simple machinery within your capabilities, showcasing your technical prowess.
