Branch Manager to lead our new Strijdompark branch.

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the

overall performance, growth and day-to-day operations

of Engines Direct Strijdompark.

This is a role for someone with a

strong personality

who can lead from the front, build a winning team, and keep the branch running efficiently - from sales and customer service to admin, safety and compliance.

What You'll Do:

Run day-to-day branch operations Lead and motivate the team Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service Oversee admin, cash-ups, purchasing and compliance Handle staff management (attendance, leave, recruitment, discipline) Maintain a clean, organised and professional branch Monitor certain marketing channels Ensure safety, security and first-aid compliance

What We're Looking For:

Strong personality and confident leader Team player with excellent communication skills Energetic, proactive and hands-on Reliable problem-solver who can handle pressure Experience in branch/store/operations management (automotive industry beneficial) Good admin and finance skills
