Branch Manager

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a retail team Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets High energy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills Ability to motivate staff and maintain a positive store culture Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Passion for customer service and quality retail

Must live in Cape Town & surrounds

Must have own transport

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily store operations Lead, train, and motivate staff Drive sales and ensure targets are met Maintain excellent customer service standards Ensure store presentation and stock levels are always optimal Handle reporting, admin, and performance management
