Job description
xe2x97x8f Lead and manage a team of technical, operational, sales and administrative staff to achieve sales/branch targets
xe2x97x8f Build and maintain existing client relationships and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction levels
xe2x97x8f Ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations
xe2x97x8f Work alongside Relationship Managers to source new business (within all go-to-market channels, i.e. Dealerships, Commercial and Insurance)
Minimum requirements
xe2x97x8f National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
xe2x97x8f Tertiary education (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years in both an operational / sales environment
xe2x97x8f Ability to manage a diverse team
xe2x97x8f Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
xe2x97x8f Strong negotiation skills
xe2x97x8f Applied Excel at Intermediate Level
