About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, trustworthy individual to join our growing team at TheAppleGuy as a Branch Manager & Content Creator. This is a multi-faceted role that requires someone with strong leadership skills, sales experience, a creative eye for content, and hands-on experience with Apple/iOS products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service Assist customers with purchasing decisions, trade-ins, and product information Drive in-store and online sales through excellent service and communication Educate customers on iOS devices, apps, and accessories Branch Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the store Manage inventory, handle stock updates and track device availability Supervise in-store staff (if applicable) and ensure operational efficiency Content Creation & Social Media Create engaging, high-quality content (photos, videos, reels) for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Post regular updates showcasing new arrivals, promotions, and customer success stories Help grow the store's online presence and engage with the digital community

Requirements

Proven experience using iOS/Apple products (iPhones, iPads, MacBooks) Basic experience in content creation (product photography, reels, TikTok, etc.) Must be trustworthy, reliable, and able to manage stock responsibly Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Basic knowledge of sales principles and store operations
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT TO COME TO AND FROM WORK

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Beneficial)

Graphic design or video editing (CapCut, etc.) Experience in retail electronics or mobile phone sales Familiarity with trade-in and resale processes
