Job Description
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dealership Accountant at a Dealership based in Johannesburg North.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience at dealership level in the automotive industry, either as Accountant or Financial Manager
- Experience working on Evolve, Automate, Kerridge or Autoline
- Clear criminal record and credit record
- Must be able to work without supervision
- Dynamic individual, quick thinker, confident, innovative and hard worker
- Daily banking, cash flow
- Check debtors cash sales Wip on a daily basis
- Month end Journals
- Prepare monthly recons
- Daily DOC
- Process all fleet claims and other invoices and credit notes from OEM
- Assist DP with management daily, operating and annual financial reports to OEM or dealership management in terms of franchise agreement
- Control fixed assets and follow up on outstanding vehicle debtors
- Report and prepare financial statements
