We are seeking a highly driven and experienced

Account Manager

to oversee client relationships and drive business development within our call center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

5 years' experience in business development

, possess

strong negotiation skills

, and be confident in

presenting at high-level meetings

. This role requires a deep understanding of call center operations and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling Lead client meetings, including strategy reviews and performance updates Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to clients and stakeholders Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Quality, WFM) to ensure client expectations are met Manage account profitability and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved Provide market insights and contribute to business development strategy Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of

5 years' experience in Business Development or Account Management

, preferably in a call center or BPO environment Proven

strong negotiation and influencing skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level clients Ability to analyze performance reports and drive operational improvements Solid understanding of call center metrics, performance management, and customer service operations Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
