Job Description

Bookkeeping Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and credit notes
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management
• Coordinate with external Accountants regarding year-end requirements
• Ensure that all financial data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner

Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers and clients with product inquiries
• Provide expert guidance on flooring options, materials, and pricing
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and sales documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams
• Support showroom presentations and product displays

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting (required)
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in flooring or construction (advantageous)
• Proficiency with accounting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
