LOOKING FOR A FABULOUS BOOKKEEPER WHO HAS GREAT FINANCIAL REPORTING AND STOCK CONTROL EXPERIENCE! THIS IS A FANTASTIC HOMEGROWN SOUTH AFRICAN FAMILY BUSINESS. Our client, a leading hotel and Spa brand is looking for a Bookkeeper to oversee the Financial function for the entire business. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 year Accounting Qualification
- Matric
- 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Bookkeeper
- Excel experience
- Turnover reporting
- Management of loans accounts
- Processing Journals
- SARS PAYE and VAT
- Capture transactions into Xero System
- Petty Cash capturing
- Yearly Audits
- Verify accounts receivable
- Verify sales, services, vouchers and discounts
- Shopify Spa Vouchers
- Bank payments and reconciliation
- Export payfast transaction daily
- Dear system admin
- Complete month end accounting processes
- Tips Reconciliations
- Manage and invoice internal and external suppliers
- Stock checks
- Chi Desk queries
- General administration
- Submit insurance claims
- Management of leasing agents and co-ordinate Bank Guarantees
- Reports for Directors
- Compile SOPs
- Debt acknowledgement letters
- General licensing
- Payment of levies and municipal accounts
- Filing and archiving
- Purchasing of sundry products
