Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive finance professional who thrives on taking initiative. This is an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper with leadership abilities to join a reputable company in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector. Full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance & Balance Sheet.
Lead and guide a small finance team of 4 individuals
Dive into stock control, orders, invoicing, and customer queries when things get quiet - we're all team players here!
Work closely with the owner of the business, who handles management accounts
Be part of a stable, growing business with a proud history

Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of accounting processes and attention to detail.
Supervisory experience and ability to manage a small team.
Manufacturing experience is a bonus, but not essential.
A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a busy environment.
Qualification:
Matric + solid bookkeeping experience OR a relevant qualification with some experience.
