Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
Ensure compliance with financial procedures and company policies.
Assist with payroll processing and statutory submissions (PAYE, UIF, VAT, etc.).
Support auditors during financial audits.
Handle general administrative and bookkeeping duties as required.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric (Essential).
Diploma in Bookkeeping / Accounting (Essential).
Minimum of 2-4 years bookkeeping experience.
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
