Position: Admin / Bookkeeper

Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Working Hours: 07:30 17:00

What youll be doing:

  • Managing daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
  • Handling quotes, invoices, and supplier payments
  • Preparing VAT reports and assisting with submissions
  • Processing wages and maintaining accurate payroll records
  • General office administration, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Assisting management with financial reports and day-to-day operations
What were looking for:
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping and office administration, ideally in a construction environment
  • Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Must have own reliable transport
  • Someone who takes ownership of their work and can work independently
