***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*** Here is an opportunity to join a busy dealership and manage the bookings for a high volume workshop. We are looking for an experienced person who understands the 80/20 rule of bookings, who can maximise productivity and is able to upsell at bookings level. You will need to have at least 1 year of Bookings experience, with working knowledge of BSI, excellent customer service skills, telephone etiquette and working knowledge of Kerridge/Evolve or similar. Job Requirements Must have at least 1 year of Bookings experience in a franchised motor dealership Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette Working knowledge of BSI Working knowledge of Kerridge/Evolve or similar A stable work history Reliable and contactable references
