Requirements:



Responsibilities:



Uploading instructions from lenders onto the internal system. Contacting customers to schedule property survey appointments. Managing the surveyor's diary and coordinating appointments efficiently within their area to minimize travel. Handling inbound calls from customers requesting valuations. Converting leads into sales for valuations (as B2C business increases). General administrative tasks and email management (Microsoft Outlook). Accessing lender portals and using Microsoft Excel for case management.

Requirements:



Strong phone manner and communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Logical thinking and ability to coordinate appointments efficiently. Sales skills and ability to convert leads. General administrative skills (email, basic computer systems). Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Additional Information:



Remote working position. Must be available to work UK hours. * No specific surveying or property industry knowledge required.
