Job Description
We are urgently looking for a dedicated vibrant and energetic Bookings Consultanat with inbound or outbound Call Centre experienced to assist us in our receiving and making calls to our clients, interested candidate must have worked in a Call centre and have good telephone etiquette. We service the medical/clinical sector.; this line of work you would be predominantly on the phone. So, we need someone who has a clear voice and speaks very well. someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and pays attention to details.
Requirements:
Matric with marketing or call centre experience.
A minimum of at least two years experience at a call centre or front office is a must as this is like an inbound call centre job.
Great with communication skills with good telephone etiquette.
Computer literate including Ms excel, word, etc.
A great Team player and Quick thinker
Go-getter with a great attitude
NB: Interested candidate must be residing at or around Ballito area and must not have issues with transport to get to work.
Willing to work overtime whenever needed. As this is a 24-hour service company.
