About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Boiler Operator

to run and maintain our

JTA Compac TC370 (3.7 ton/hr HFO) boiler

, currently operating on paraffin. This is a critical role in ensuring a steady supply of steam for our production processes, maintaining safety, and optimising fuel efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor a

paraffin-fired JTA Compac TC370 boiler

. Adjust controls, valves, and settings to maintain optimal pressure and temperature. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Record operational data, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities. Identify and troubleshoot operational issues. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating industrial boilers (HFO or paraffin-firing experience preferred). Knowledge of boiler water treatment and fuel handling. Ability to read gauges, meters, and safety instruments. Understanding of relevant safety and compliance standards. Boiler Operator certificate (advantageous but not essential if experience is proven).
