Job Description
We are seeking a
Cold Section Chef
to manage salads, starters, and cold dishes. This role requires precision, creativity, and the ability to maintain consistency during busy service.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and plate salads, starters, and cold items Maintain freshness and presentation standards Assist with prep for other stations when required Keep workstation clean, stocked, and organized Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
Requirements:
Experience in cold kitchen or similar role preferred Strong attention to detail and presentation Good organizational skills and teamwork Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills
