Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates to join our VIP Protection Team, to provide professional protective services to VIP clients. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional situational awareness, sound judgment under pressure, and strict adherence to operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide close personal protection to principals in both static and mobile environments Conduct advance planning, route assessments, and threat/risk assessments Maintain constant situational awareness and proactively mitigate risks Coordinate movements, escorts, and secure transportation Liaise with control room, reaction units, and relevant authorities when required Maintain strict confidentiality at all times Ensure compliance with company SOPs, PSIRA regulations, and client requirements Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
Minimum Requirements:

Valid PSIRA registration (non-negotiable) Minimum 1 year' proven close protection experience Valid Firearm Competency (Handgun for Business purposes) Valid Code B / Code C driver's licence Clear criminal record and vetting clearance Excellent communication and report-writing skills High level of physical fitness Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and travel at short notice
Advantageous:

Advanced or evasive driving training Own Reliable Vehicle Tactical / military / law-enforcement background First Aid Level 3 Experience with executive, diplomatic, or high-net-worth clients
