Job Summary Board Vacancies X 2 LJBI would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for our 2 Vacancies at the Board level. The skills required are in Risk Management and Local Economic Development. Suitable candidates must have a Bachelor's degree as a minimum, operating at a Senior Management level and have experience of operating in governance forum. Besides the two identified skills, suitable applications must have expertise in the following areas: o Jewellery Design and Manufacturing o Entrepreneurship and Business Development o Industry Partnerships To effectively contribute and govern a Jewellery Incubator at the board level, several key skills are essential. Here are some of the crucial ones: Strategic Decision-Making Skills; Analytical Skills; Adaptability; Accounting and Financial Literacy; Business Expertise; Information Technology and Cybersecurity; Networking Skills; ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Skills; Social Skills; Strong Governance Skills.
