As a Biochemist/Microbiologist at RPO Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in identifying, researching, and analyzing various chemicals to help our clients develop innovative products and solutions. You will work closely with a team of experts in a collaborative and dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise to drive scientific advancements and contribute to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory research, experiments, and analysis to develop chemical solutions and advancements
• Analyze and interpret data from experiments and present findings to clients and colleagues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for chemical research projects
• Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance of chemicals and determine their efficacy in specific applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in biochemistry and microbiology to ensure the development of cutting-edge chemical solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and methodologies
• Work in compliance with safety protocols and adhere to quality control standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
• Prior experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the chemicals industry
• Strong knowledge of biochemistry and microbiology principles and techniques
• Proficiency in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and presenting findings
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once
