This position will support a team locally based in South Africa and Global Teams.   • Some experience in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or Bentley OpenBuildings / Microstation to model and produce drawings with direct supervision
Prepare BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards and project BIM Execution PlanChecks the completeness & accuracy of your work before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.Follow coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phaseAssist with the management and coordination of all in-coming and out-going model and drawing information.Manages projects in BIM360Organizes own work to achieve set deadlinesKeeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivityQualificationsAbility to fulfil all the above duties and responsibilitiesSome technical knowledge of structures practice line disciplineKnowledge of Industry BIM standards, processes, and general approachesSome technical knowledge and experience of concrete, steelwork, and reinforcement 3D modellingMinimum 1 years' experience of relevant Revit modellingBIM Qualification / Diploma / bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural EngineeringAdditional InformationAt AECOM, you will have freedom to grow in a world of opportunityAt AECOM, our Freedom to Grow philosophy supports flexibility and balance to help our people thrive.
